Job Description:
1. Independently responsible for vendor development and leading the negotiation and signing of procurement contracts独立负责供应商开发，主导采购合同谈判和签订
2. Collaborate with the Supporting Lines, independently complete various service contracts for the Qingdao company, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of procurement projects.协助支持部门，独立完成青岛公司的各种服务合同, 确保采购项目的高效合规运作。
3. Collaborate with the Business Lines, independently responsible for the full-process procurement execution of laboratory equipment, consumables and maintenance services of Labs, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of procurement projects.协助业务线，独立负责实验室设备、耗材及维保服务等采购工作，确保采购项目的高效合规运作。
4. Solve various problems related to the procurement process and system.解决各种采购流程和采购系统问题；
5. Establish and maintain a database of potential qualified vendors and organize and complete the vendor evaluation and improvement work.建立并维护潜在合格供应商数据库，主导完成供应商评估和改善工作；
6. Cooperate with Business Lines to complete internal and external audit.配合业务线完成各种内审和外审的工作；
Job Requirements:
1.Experience: With 5 years+ experience of professional procurement experience. Be familiar with procurment standard workflows. Conduct supplier pre-qualification, sourcing, inquiry&bidding, negotiation, contracting, PO, delivery, cost saving and supplier management. Candidate with experience of equipment, consumables, MRO and service is preferred.5年以上专业采购从业经验，熟知采购基本流程，严格依据公司采购制度，完成供应商准入，寻源，询价招投标，商务谈判，合同，订单下达，交付管理，成本节省以及供应商管理。具有设备，耗材和服务类采购经验者优先。
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, purchasing experience in large foreign enterprises is preferred.学历：本科及以上学历，有大型外企采购工作经验优先
3. Language: Proficient in English listening, speaking and writing; able to manage daily business emails independently. Good at cross-functional communication and coordination, drive for result and detail-senstive in daily work.
具备英语听说读写能力，可独立处理英文邮件及日常沟通。擅长跨部门沟通和协作，结果导向，工作严谨细致，高效推进各项工作落地。
4. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel skills for data analysis and processing. Familiarity with SAP or other procurement system is a plus.办公软件：熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，精通Excel数据处理和分析，输出分析结果。熟悉SAP或其他采购系统者优先。
5. Skills: Excellent skills of negotiation, cross-functional communication and coordination.综合能力：具备优秀的商务议价能力，跨部门沟通和协调能力
