Job Description
-
Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE(machine and equipment) based on VPA and production plan
-
Requisition orders for purchasing or service
-
Responsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipment
-
Setup quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions…) according to RBCD policy, regulations and procedures
-
Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
-
Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, support QAM…)
-
Prepare and get the MAE, process and type release from releasing departments /plants
-
Lead and responsible for the problem solving process
-
Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
-
Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction
-
Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools

Work closely with different levels and functions to identify needs and introduce i4.0 projects

Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures

Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
-
Defining wear off parts, consumables and gages (FHMI, HIBE and FHPM) and ensure the availability together with purchasing department

Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit

Additional tasks from section manager
Qualifications
-
University degree (Bachelor or master) in Engineering or related major
-
2 to 3 years’ experience in planning or manufacturing position for high volume production
-
Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
-
Understanding of i4.0 and smart manufacturing technology and vision, familiar with digital tools, e.g. Power BI etc.

Good English and/or German communication skill
