- 在公司政策和要求下,在广阔零售市场中有效提升业务，并通过逐步管理和扩大下线渗透率，推动区域业务增长。
- 基于清晰的目标终端客户规划，分层设计经销商网络，贸易条款政策，完成与广阔零售分销商的沟通和目标设定，确保分销目标的有序实现，评估SKU的销售组合，并扩大区域分销商，以覆盖更多的非目标终端。
主要工作职责 :
依据公司的整体政策，合理制定及实施区域内的广阔零售分销策略，包括目标市场圈定及潜力测算，目标零售终端策略规划及分层管理，经销分销网络设计规划，贸易政策规划等。 根据策略制定各区域广阔零售市场业务发展计划，通过辖区经销商的管理，完成公司管理销售指标并确保其达成，提升市场占有率，提高对本区域广阔零售终端市场的掌控能力。 与公司总部及区域相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合，积极推动生意健康持续发展。 费用管理：在直线经理的指导下，在授权范围内，合理规划、使用、管理渠道投资预算，追踪管理，确保期内应收应付账目平衡。 区域客户总部和分部的沟通，维护客户良好的客户合作关系，管理所辖区域客户的收益率（包括合同条款执行、费用控制和促销评估等），定期与客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。 负责所辖区域内广阔零售客户的开发、维护与管理，包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈，持续扩大本公司产品在终端的市场销售份额、品牌可见度及影响力，与客户建立并形成长期的战略合作伙伴关系 支持区域内RTM的策略推进和计划推进，推动区域业务在广阔及下沉市场的健康增长。 直线经理安排的其他销售相关工作
任职条件 :
- 大学专科或以上学历，医药、市场营销或相关专业
- 具有3年以上药品或消费品销售工作，大客户管理经验和渠道管理经验
- 熟悉本公司产品及竞争产品市场情况和相关政策法规
- 掌握商业渠道销售的工作环节、运作特点，具备一定的供应链管理的知识
- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件，包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)等
- 优秀的销售能力
- 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
具有一定逻辑思维和市场分析能力
