Candidate profile :
You have work experience in engine technical assistance for an Air Framer or you have been in charge of Customer Support activities working for an Airline. You have acquired knowledge of aircraft or engine maintenance in commercial aeronautic sector.
Through your work experience, you have demonstrated:

Specificities of the mission:
The position operates in a highly collaborative and dynamic production environment involving multiple stakeholders (Airframer, Engineering, Program, Quality, Supply Chain and Shop teams).
Priorities may evolve according to aircraft delivery schedules, technical findings and customer requests. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing changing priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality and delivery objectives.
In this context:
- The Airframer Support Engineer (ASE) is responsible for coordinating all engine technical interventions to be performed on aircraft, in close coordination with the Airframer and the back-office teams on all technical matters. He/she shall respond to Airframer requests within agreed timeframes to minimize aircraft downtime.
- The role requires frequent interactions with production teams, customers and engineering teams. Therefore, a strong interest in operational support activities, stakeholder coordination and collaborative problem-solving is essential.
He/she will be based in Shanghai. Business trips within CHINA may be required to support Comac FAL activities.
