You support our team as
- Design and build as well as maintain and continuously improve AI models to work in a scalable model infrastructure, integrate their capabilities into existing platforms, and build APIs for seamless model consumption.
- Collaborate with software- and data engineers and deploy multimodal AI systems using MLOps best practices.
- Implement inference systems for internal process optimization across multiple verticals and contribute to production-ready multi-agent systems.
- Optimizing model performance for cost efficiency while maintaining accuracy and speed requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure alignment with business unit and corporate functions teams across VC as well as support their training and enablement.
- Implement AI quality checks, validation processes, and error handling to maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure data governance and security.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and data engineering as well as ML tools and technologies and evaluate their suitability for the organization's needs.
- University degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong foundation in AI principles and methodologies or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years in relevant fields; additional experience in other engineering area preferred
- Advanced skills in Python, SQL, version control with git (must)
- Advanced skills in understanding AI use case requirements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Cloud
- Intermediate skills in MLOps tools and practices including Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning, and monitoring systems (nice to have)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Copilot Studio (nice to have)
- Advanced level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome.
