Job Summary:
To be responsible for the overall procurement of the assigned category including supplier sourcing and qualification, purchase terms and conditions negotiation/agreement and subsequent administration of the purchasing activities of such category at a global level for all manufacturing sites.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Possess the following key procurement skills:
- Sourcing Strategy and Implementation
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or Supplier Selection and Development
- Supplier Quotation Analysis
Effective Communication (Written and Oral)
- Be able to coordinate and work with users/stakeholders at multiple sites
Uses professional concepts to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- University degree, post-university is desirable.
- Prefer to technical background personnel
- Typically requires at least 10 years of related experience, especially in the semiconductor industry with understanding on key categories such as spares, services and maintenance including facilitation and contract.
