As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to driving new growth initiatives related to Chinese customers’ overseas business expansion. You will report to Business Line Manager, VIN.
You will
1. Market & Growth Development
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities linked to Chinese customers (mainly OEMs, End users, EPCs) expanding into overseas markets.
- Actively engage with Chinese customers to understand their international expansion strategies, pain points, and business models. .
2. Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key Chinese customers and strategic partners.
- Leverage ecosystem partners (local, regional, and global) to enable end-to-end solutions for customers’ international growth.
3. Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key coordinator internally including Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Regional/Overseas teams.
- Align internally around customer expansion initiatives, ensuring clarity on roles, timelines, and deliverables.
4. Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of China outbound growth strategies in priority regions and industries.
- Contribute to strategic planning, pipeline building, and revenue forecasting related to overseas business.

- Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics, International Trade or related
- MBA or international education is preferred
- 8+ years in business development, marketing, strategy, consulting, or international roles.
- 4+ years in Industrial markets or vacuum markets
- Proven ability to drive complex opportunities through strong internal coordination and stakeholder influence.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with regional and global teams.
- International exposure (working or studying abroad) is a strong plus.
