We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). - As PIT(Product Introducing Team) member, establish process control systems, conduct trial runs, testing, validation, P-FMEA, and acceptance for new products/processes/materials/equipment to ensure on-time launch.

Collaborate with Production and IE to define standard routing, takt time, OEE, UPHH, and shrinkage to support standard cost calculation.

Establish and maintain process control system per IATF 16949 and CP; write and manage work instructions, inspection instructions, and safety procedures to ensure standardization.

Provide qualification and upskilling training for operators, including work instructions, process control, quality, and problem-solving methods.

Manage changes of production elements (***/Machine/Material/Method/Environment/Measurement) to keep process controlled; collaborate with internal team on prevention (PFMEA/maintenance) and quick response (QRQC/PSS) to meet S/Q/C/D/P KPIs.

Implement OE activities and PDCA to optimize process flow, fixtures, new technology, efficiency, and EHS, improving productivity (VAM/MCP); complete other tasks assigned by manager.
- Bachelor or above education with the major of Mechanical Engineering/Automation Engineering or related.

3 years and above experience with Bonding process control.
- Essential knowhow on LED chips / Lean production.

Professional skills on Bonding equipment/ Testing equipment /Process control /Quality tools .

Fluent English for writing/reading/oral

Basic manufacturing IT skills on MES and Vision system.
