We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.
- Set up, organize, and develop the production team to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people; monitor deviations and take corrective actions; drive OE activities for productivity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and problem solving.

Implement IATF 16949 system; define quality and process targets to ensure effective quality assurance; achieve KPIs related to quality and process control.

Drive production performance on labor utilization, machine efficiency, material shrinkage, energy consumption, and maintenance cost to achieve cost targets; drive productivity (VAM/MCP) activities for cost savings.

Drive on-time delivery of right products to satisfy customers; optimize production planning to meet demand and resource utilization; collaborate with supply chain to control WIP inventory.

Cooperate with EHS department to ensure ISO14001, ISO45001 & BSCI implementation; consistently improve clean, tidy, healthy and safe working conditions; cooperate with engineering team on improvements and productivity activities; collaborate with process engineer on NPI for smooth launch; plan and follow up on new investments.
- Bachelor or above education with the major of Mechanical Engineering/Automation Engineering/Physics/Optics/Material etc.

3 years and above experience with COB/LED production.

Essential knowhow on LED chips / LED materials / COB Equipment.

Professional skills on production management / Process control / Quality tools and Lean production.

Fluent English for writing/reading/oral.

Basic manufacturing IT skills on MES and Vision system.
