Own the affiliate patient support strategy and long-term capability roadmap, translating business priorities, patient needs, and global best practices into scalable solutions that drive meaningful patient and business outcomes. Establish an integrated patient support framework spanning programs, digital capabilities, data, and service models, ensuring alignment across brands and therapeutic areas. Define governance, operating models, and success metrics to measure impact, optimize investments, and continuously improve performance. Act as the primary affiliate leader connecting global strategy with local market needs, influencing future capability development and shaping best practices across the organization.
Provide Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
Serve as the strategic lead for patient support, influencing decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure patient-centric, compliant, and sustainable solutions. Drive alignment on priorities, resource allocation, and execution excellence while elevating organizational capabilities and ways of working. Lead complex initiatives requiring coordination across multiple functions, balancing business objectives, patient needs, compliance requirements, and operational feasibility to maximize impact.
Own Digital Patient Support Ecosystem & Innovation
Lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of the digital patient support ecosystem, leveraging technology, data, and innovation to enhance patient engagement and outcomes at scale. Define and drive digital experience strategy, content governance, and engagement frameworks in partnership with brand, medical, legal, and technology teams. Champion data-driven decision making by establishing measurement frameworks, generating actionable insights, and identifying opportunities to improve personalization, effectiveness, and efficiency. Continuously explore emerging technologies, external partnerships, and innovative care models to advance the affiliate's patient support capabilities and digital maturity.
