YOUR TASKS

Develop Sourcing Strategies, develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for a competitive supplier base for region China. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

Supplier and market Intelligence, analyze on market trends and competitor supplier benchmarking reports, regulator changes affecting Hella GE supply base, enhance competitiveness by comparing with the current industry situation for a sustainable and competitive supplier development roadmap.
- Drive supplier innovation by identifying emerging technologies and alternative sourcing opportunities in China.
- Evaluating annual spending dynamics by commodities, provide PVO statistics, analysis and filing of purchasing and provide support for management decisions.

Drive new supplier development activities by providing guidance and processes to commodity team, Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in China, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and sustainability requirements. building best supplier panel for new program sourcing across all Hella product centers.

Define and drive Good Enough Supplier approach from concept to implementation with alignment with Supplier Quality and Commodities teams.

Purchasing KPI tracking and risk management, tracking and reporting on Sourcing activities, results, KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's / Master degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering
- 10+ years of Automotive electronics related experience in Purchasing functions includes Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management and Program purchasing Management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment and lead strategic initiatives, experience influencing stakeholders, managing internal partnerships, external suppliers.
