Job Description:

Responsible for overall operations of company projects based on operational needs
Develop plans and designs for new company products with global development teams
Set up internal management system, optimiz the organizational structure, and improve work efficiency
Responsible for team building, motivation and training as well as continually enhance work enthusiasm, quality and performance
Regularly communicate and coordinate with the overseas team and CEO

Experience:

Master's degree in computer engineering, finance, management or related
Minimum 8+ years management experience leading an Internet, software development, and product operations team
Experience in FX or Trade Finance organizations preferred
Acute sense of Internet market with strong strategic development experience
Proven team leader and driver of corporate culture with impeccable work ethic and professionalism
International vision or global work experience required
Fluent or native speaker in English. Must have excellent reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
