Job Description:
- Responsible for overall operations of company projects based on operational needs
- Develop plans and designs for new company products with global development teams
- Set up internal management system, optimiz the organizational structure, and improve work efficiency
- Responsible for team building, motivation and training as well as continually enhance work enthusiasm, quality and performance
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with the overseas team and CEO
Experience:
- Master's degree in computer engineering, finance, management or related
- Minimum 8+ years management experience leading an Internet, software development, and product operations team
- Experience in FX or Trade Finance organizations preferred
- Acute sense of Internet market with strong strategic development experience
- Proven team leader and driver of corporate culture with impeccable work ethic and professionalism
- International vision or global work experience required
- Fluent or native speaker in English. Must have excellent reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
