This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
R&D Team Lead
Your Role and Responsibilities ：
Work model: onsite
Participate in the research and development of industrial robots, focusing on the requirement definition and structural design of key components such as motors and gearboxes.
Proficiently use CAD tools to create production drawings, communicate with component manufacturers, and participate in product assembly in-house.
Be familiar with the principles of industrial measurement and participate in product characteristic measurement and lifespan testing.
Provide technical support for various productization-related tasks.
Qualifications for the Role：
Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design or Robotics Technology.
Proficient in SolidWorks design software.
Strong learning ability, communication skills, and resilience to work under pressure.
Skilled in using computer office software and fluent in spoken English.
