The AD Tool chain Platform Full-Stack Developer is a key role within the Autonomous Driving Data team. This position focuses on the design, development, iteration and operation of autonomous driving data-driven platforms. You will mainly undertake backend development work and also participate in front-end development to deliver end-to-end platform capabilities. Combining your Java/Python development experience with AD data driven understanding, you will build high-performance, stable and scalable data platforms to support the full lifecycle of autonomous driving data collection, processing, labeling, training, simulation (recompute, HIL, SIL and so on), evaluation and validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery that meets stakeholder requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, optimize and maintain backend services for the autonomous driving data-driven platform with Java and Python, guaranteeing system stability, performance and scalability.
Independently engage in front-end development and page iteration to deliver end-to-end full-stack features as scheduled.
Deeply explore autonomous driving business scenarios covering data collection, cleansing, annotation, analysis and model training, and deliver tailored technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Align with product, algorithm, testing and operation teams to clarify requirements, and take charge of technical design, coding, joint debugging and production release.
Resolve online issues, drive continuous technical optimization, and enhance platform efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
Keep track of industry technology trends, summarize practical experience, and advance technical standardization and team capability building.
Manage the full lifecycle of massive autonomous driving data including collection, cleansing, annotation, and governance. Design and customize data interfaces, build data middle platforms, and iterate data-driven toolchains to support business development.
