Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking are established and maintained within the engineering subdivision to improve the process flow.
- Implement and develop yield improvements and perform troubleshooting of existing procedures where necessary.
- Enable and document improved process.
- Failure mode analysis for that subdivision and complete analysis in a timely fashion.
Qualification & Requirements
3 years or above related working experience
- Ability to use Excel, Word and PPT.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to apply (statistical analysis tools such as distribution charts, histograms, SPC , trending etc)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written English is a must.
- Solid skills needed in product failure analysis and data analysis.
- Understand the mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures.
- Train technician to improve work skill.
