DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Achieve revenue and profit objectives, Win the MUST WINS program.
- Establish and drive strategy review sessions with direct and indirect teams.
- Drive profitable revenue/execution across global customer base.
- Measure end revenue/profit results against competition/market.
2) Explore new opportunities and promote Molex products.
- Focus on design-in effort, collaborate with the Business Unit and Account teams to develop opportunities into profitable design wins for Molex.
- Gather the information of the industry and the competitors, and review with Business Unit and Account teams to develop new product
3) Outward "Customer Focus" increase and continued inward "Customer" development
- To manage customer expectations of NPI and ensure product samples, supporting design and product verification activities are delivered to customers in agreed and expected timeframes.
- Identify the key persons and develop a network of contacts within the customer organization from Engineering, Project Management, R&D, Procurement, etc.
4) Deploy Mutual Benefit Philosophy and practices in daily interaction
- Employ value selling skill problem-solving with new connector or solutions to these issues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner to both external and internal contacts.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
+5 years relevant sales & engineering (mechanical or electrical) experience at an OEM or automotive tier supplier.
Experience with EU OEM or Tier 1 as a sales, product/design engineer or resident engineer within the automotive/transportation industry
Fluent (spoken and written) English and Mandarin.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Excellent team player • Detailed in problem solving and analysis.
