What You Will Do
Project Leadership & Execution

Own end-to-end project delivery for optical products (e.g., transceivers, optical engines, active components).

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Coordinate R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to achieve project milestones.

Act as the primary liaison between factory teams and global headquarters, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Customer Engagement
-
Support customer visits, present technical capabilities, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Resource Management

Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and manage resource allocation effectively.
Financial & Operational Oversight
-
Track project costs, profitability, and ROI; collaborate with finance on investment decisions.

Drive continuous improvement in NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and operational efficiency.
Lifecycle Management

Oversee transition from NPI to mass production and support EOL (End of Life) activities.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Experience:
-
8+ years in optical communications or photonics industry, with at least 5 years in project management.

Proven experience managing NPI projects for optical modules, components, or systems.
Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of optical technologies (e.g., transceivers, PICs, LD/PD chips).

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, CRM) and office software.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; ability to work in global teams.

Familiarity with PBM (Principle-Based Management) is a plus.
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with high-speed optical packaging and integration. PMP or equivalent certification.
