- Design and develop power management ICs (PMICs), including DC-DC converters (buck/boost), LDOs, battery management systems, and voltage regulators

Design and implement mixed-signal and analog circuits, such as bandgap references, amplifiers, and oscillators

Perform system-level architecture definition, circuit design, simulation, and optimization for performance, power, and area

Conduct transistor-level design and verification, including schematic entry, pre- and post-layout simulations

Work closely with layout engineers to ensure high-quality physical implementation, including parasitic extraction and layout optimization

Perform silicon validation, debugging, and characterization to ensure design meets specifications

Develop and maintain design documentation, reports, and technical specifications

Collaborate with digital, test, and product engineering teams to ensure successful product integration and mass production

Support failure analysis and yield improvement activities

Stay current with the latest advancements in power management and mixed-signal design technologies
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field at least 5 years
-
Solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design fundamentals

Hands-on experience in power management IC design

Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE)

Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and CMOS technologies

Experience with full chip design flow, including schematic design, layout, and silicon validation

Familiarity with low-power design techniques and noise optimization

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in advanced process nodes (e.g, BCD, CMOS)

Knowledge of digital control in power management systems

Experience with high-frequency switching power converters

Familiarity with EMI/EMC considerations and reliability design

Prior experience in automotive or industrial-grade IC design is a plus

Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for design automation
