Develops 0-12 months’ Supply Planning for Finished Goods, align master production schedule and export distribution requirements planning (DRP)/Deployment for relevant assets in the regional network. Accountable for stock levels across network, incl. replenishment.
- Reporting to the Head of Supply Planning CN, will support Henkel Supply Planning Agenda and drives initiatives in the region.

Develops and reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing.

Collaborate with contract manufacturers/ in house plant to prepare planning KPI & capacity utilization review meeting.

Monitors daily actuals against weekly/monthly production plan and tracking product availability, production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action for non-adherence.

Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority.

Supports on inventory analysis.

Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints).

Provides inputs to local SC team (Asia Affiliates), communicating material availability issues and capacity constraints.

Collaborates with the Contract manufacturing/ in house Plant Production Schedulers to align scheduling activities.

Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material supports the production schedule.

Identifies and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
-
3-6 years’ experience in Supply Planning.

Supply Chain Management.

Operational Supply planning/ Production Planning/ Scheduling.

Project management skills.
-
S&OP / IBP knowledge.

Proven success in operational excellence and continuous improvement in supply planning roles.

Strong communication skills, collaboration & hands on experience.

Data Analytics & BI.

Strong knowledge of system: SAP/ APO/ Kinaxis/ OMP/ o9 or similar.
