Your Job
This position has the responsibility to make and implement the effective production plan.
Needs focused on execution and makes sure that the orders being manufactured make the best possible use of time, materials, and equipment in own facility and communicates with Assembly Planners about supply and constraints.
What You Will Do
1 • Develop effective production and material plan based on customer demand and production resource.
2 • Monthly equipment capacity and production manpower resource evaluation (short-term & long-term)
3 • Work order creation, scheduling and co-work with production execution in SAP, APS, OPC
4 • Coordinate with internal departments for material and capacity allocation, external purchasing supply status, and adjust production plan timely.
5 • Monitor production progress, closely co-work with cross-function team about exceptional issues' solving.
6 • Balance demand vs. supply, contrail WIP inventory days
7 • Track production actual performance with achievement, efficiency, and utilization.
8 • Weekly production gaps and overdue analysis
9 • CRD, MPD, DSI, S&E, Overdue analysis
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
1 • Bachelor, at least 2~3 years working experience in production planning with good logic analysis capability and skills.
2 • Strong knowledge of MS applications, especially for Excel, power query, BI and PPT
3 • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
4 • Good communication and presentation skill.
5 • Familiar with SAP application
6 • Good verbal and written in English
What Will Put You Ahead
1 • Experience as E2E Planner (3 process at least) is preferred.
2 • Have working experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus
3 • PJM (project management) in manufacture experience
