Position Summary
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting for China Experience/feature related projects Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost, and tracking business case meeting agreed target.
Job Responsibilities/Deliverable
- Responsible for establishing uniform project planning and execution processes across all projects.
- Coordinate and synchronize across global team, include, product, Bose lab, system, software development teams and other external groups to execute software delivery on time and with high quality.
- Facilitate the dissemination of project management best practices and provide assistance in utilizing the process/toolkits from global PMO.
- Monitor the growing set of local ecosystem player to identify key partnership
- Analyzing data including portfolio budgets, risks, and resource allocation, keep tracking the overall business case compare with approved baseline
- Lead project status meetings by establishing standardized reporting structures across all projects.
- Monitor and review work stream risk/dependency/action logs.
- Acknowledge interdependencies among programs, take action to alleviate or resolve bottlenecks, and advocate for the effective utilization of resources.
- Build valued working relationships with technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Communicate and report programs status within internal and external stakeholders.
- Aid in financial planning and resource forecasting for regional programs.
Act as the escalation contact for matters involving project planning, issues tracking, scope changes, risks, or interfaces/dependencies and project status reporting.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Capable of working independently with a high degree of self-initiative and a strong sense of autonomy.
- Experience with industry standards such as ASPICE and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, customers, partners, business analysts, architects, subject matter experts

- Familiarity with programming languages or technical knowledge can facilitate effective communication with the development team and aid in understanding technical challenges.

Qualification , Education and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- > 5 years project management experience for Software related product, in B2B global company.
- PMP Certification is strongly desired.
- Understand Audio Signal Processing is a strong plus.
- Additional certifications or training in Agile and Scrum methodologies can demonstrate a deeper understanding of these popular project management frameworks.
