Marketing Specialist

Shanghai | Full time | Unlimited

Your tasks

Drive the local execution of HUBER+SUHNER’s global and regional marketing strategies, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and growth targets
Safeguard and elevate brand consistency and premium positioning across all customer touchpoints
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events) to support lead generation and pipeline development
Enhance customer journey and engagement through modern marketing tools and automation
Lead planning and execution of high-impact industry events, trade fairs, and customer seminars to strengthen market presence
Develop high-quality, localized marketing content (case studies, technical articles, presentations, PR materials)
Partner closely with sales teams to support key account development and opportunity generation
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning
Act as deputy within the marketing team to ensure continuity of key marketing activities when required
Provide support to regional/APAC marketing initiatives and cross-country collaboration projects

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 3-year's of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within connectivity solutions, telecommunications, transportations or advanced manufacturing sectors
Proven track record in multinational environments with exposure to matrix organizations
Experience supporting complex, solution-based businesses and multi-segment markets is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with digital ecosystems (WeChat, LinkedIn, website CMS, marketing automation tools, CRM platforms such as Salesforce)

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken), with strong cross-cultural communication capability
Willingness and ability to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) for customer engagements, trade exhibitions, and industry events
