Assist in improving the production process system, mainly responsible for filling and packaging processes. Establish unified process standards, operating procedures, and quality control indicators to ensure process compliance and standardization.
- Work with R&D and NPI teams on new product trials and complete trial reports.

Take over filling and packaging processes and ensure they can run on current production lines.

Prepare process documents, including packaging material testing and setting parameters for filling, sealing, and labeling.

Support the production line, guide and train operators to follow standard procedures.

Quickly solve issues related to packaging, materials, or equipment during production.

Set standard production capacity and plan manpower to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

Create rework plans and follow up on production issues; find root causes and solve problems.

Ensure in-process quality checks are carried out on the production floor.

Support other project-related tasks as needed.
- Associate degree or above.
-
At least 1 year of experience in the cosmetics or related industry.

Familiar with packaging materials (such as PET, glass, tubes) and production equipment.

Good communication skills.

Careful, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and ERP skills.

Basic English reading and writing ability.
