You support our team as
- Provide on-site technical support to customers across China, troubleshooting lubrication-related issues.
- Conduct lubrication audits and surveys and recommend practical improvement actions.
- Promote our Energy Efficiency program, leading projects that deliver sustainable solutions
- Design and support customers with application improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for new products or services and work with sales teams to support business growth.
- Deliver both line side and classroom based technical training sessions to customer teams at various levels.
- Prepare timely, clear technical reports, proposals, and recommendations.
- Support lubrication system improvements, including component selection, system modifications, and on-site trials.
- Work closely with internal teams, local colleagues, and external partners while following safety and quality standards.
- Perform additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, or reliability roles, preferably within Food & Beverage.
- Strong self‑motivation with the ability to learn quickly and work independently in a customer-facing role.
- Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills.
- Highly organized skills with ability to work independently with multiple projects
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently (>50%).
