- Drive sales of accumulator products in the assigned region by developing OEMs and partners, focusing on key clients in construction machinery, fluid power, wind energy, and hydraulics.
- Develop, execute, and manage regional sales and marketing plans in line with corporate strategy, ensuring target achievement and resolving on-site issues.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (applications, marketing, customer service, supply chain) to secure resources for market development while adhering to company processes.
- Align sales execution plans, marketing strategies, and product initiatives with the team, conducting competitive analysis and developing targeted sales campaigns.
- Act as the company’s representative for regional sales matters, addressing market challenges and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics, or a related technical field.
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in the hydraulic accumulator industry.
- Demonstrated sales success, strong client relationships, and deep market knowledge in target sectors (e.g., transmissions, construction machinery, hydraulics, energy).
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Business-level English proficiency required.
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed with a strong sense of accountability.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with sharp market insight, willingness to travel, and resilience under pressure.
