I. Lean Strategic Planning and Implementation
In line with the overall strategy of the enterprise, formulate medium and long-term lean management strategic plans, annual implementation goals and phased promotion plans, and clearly define the lean improvement directions and core indicators (such as production efficiency (OEE), defect rate (PPM), delivery cycle, inventory turnover rate, etc.) for each business segment.
II. Lean Team Building and Capacity Enhancement
Establish a company-wide lean training system, carry out stratified and categorized training on lean concepts, tools and methods (such as 5S training for grassroots employees, Kaizen training for managers, value stream analysis training for core teams, etc.), and enhance the lean awareness and practical operation capabilities of all staff.
III. Lean Improvement Throughout the Entire Value Chain
Lead lean improvement in the production process: Optimize the production layout, sort out the production process, eliminate the seven wastes in the production process (overproduction, waiting, transportation, inventory, overprocessing, defects, and motion waste), enhance production efficiency, reduce production costs, and improve product quality.
IV. Lean Culture Construction
Promote the construction of lean culture, integrate lean concepts into the core values of the enterprise, and create a cultural atmosphere that values efficiency, pursues excellence, and continuous improvement through methods such as sharing lean cases, recognizing improvement achievements, and organizing Kaizen activities.
V. Other related work
Regularly report the progress, achievements and existing problems of lean management work, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions.
