- Strong interest in digitalization, industrial software, cloud technologies, AI, or enterprise software solutions.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial software, SaaS, cloud platforms, digital solutions, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with ARR, software licensing, subscription business models, and customer success practices.
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or ecosystem partners.
- Experience in multinational organizations and cross-functional team environments.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Go-to-Market
- Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for software and subscription-based offerings in China.
- Identify customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities to drive software adoption and recurring revenue growth.
- Assist in localizing global software offerings, messaging, and value propositions for the China market.
- Support customer events, workshops, webinars, and marketing campaigns to increase market awareness and demand generation.
Software Offering Management
- Support the management of software offerings throughout their lifecycle, from launch and adoption to growth and optimization.
- Gather and analyze customer and partner feedback to improve offering competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Work with technical and delivery teams to support successful software deployment and adoption.
- Maintain offering-related documentation, customer references, and success stories.
Opportunity Development & Customer Growth
- Identify and qualify potential customers and software business opportunities.
- Support pipeline development through prospecting, opportunity tracking, and customer engagement.
- Assist in preparing solution presentations, business proposals, and value-based customer discussions.
- Collaborate with account teams to drive software adoption, renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contribute to ARR growth by supporting customer retention and expansion activities.
Partner & Ecosystem Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and ecosystem partners.
- Support partner enablement through training, workshops, and joint customer engagement activities.
- Work with partners to generate leads and identify new software sales opportunities.
- Assist in executing joint go-to-market initiatives and partner business plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
- Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Support business reviews, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software offering strategies and business processes.
