SCRM System Operation & Optimization
- Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the SCRM backend, including updating national store information, personnel management, product selection for the points mall, and coordination of delivery.
- Lead system optimization projects: identify and resolve existing system issues, optimize the UI interface to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage the membership system: plan member benefit activities, drive user growth to achieve annual targets for net new WeCom/membership users and user activity.
- Conduct regular data cleansing to ensure system data accuracy more than 98% and maintain stable system operation throughout the year.
Sales Activation Event & Exhibition Project Management
- Responsible for the full-case management of two core annual exhibitions and sales activation events, formulating backward scheduling plans to ensure timely delivery of key milestones including scheme finalization, material production and on-site construction.
- Develop detailed on-site product display and sample lists in accordance with specific requirements of the company and sales department, ensuring exhibits accurately match on-site display needs and sales strategies.
- Coordinate on-site exhibition processes and personnel scheduling, monitor operational risks, and ensure the smooth progress of exhibitions.
- Conduct post-exhibition reviews, analyze brand exposure and customer acquisition effects, and ensure the number of valid sales leads and potential customers collected meets expected targets.
POSM Design & Production Follow-up
- Receive requirements from the sales department, draft design briefs, and coordinate with the internal design team or external vendors to complete key visuals and POSM materials for annual major promotions, mall events and other marketing campaigns.
- Follow up the entire process of material production, logistics and installation to ensure the visual effect of stores and event venues complies with brand standards, and materials are fully implemented on time before events.
- Support the achievement and year-on-year growth of sales activity targets through high-quality visual presentation and material support.
Sales Data Review & Analysis
- Collect and organize sales data after various marketing activities, and establish a standardized review model.
- Use data analysis tools to deeply analyze sales performance, ROI and user behavior during campaigns, and produce high-quality data analysis reports.
- Provide solid data support for subsequent marketing strategy adjustments and sales target setting based on data insights.
