Job Summary
Ensure that all HSE related legal requirements are accurately interpreted, communicated, documented and complied with across Supply Chain, Office and Service activities.
Lead and collaborate in the creation of HSE policies, safe operating procedures, and emergency response plans specific to HSE incidents.
Partner with stakeholders to coordinate and drive HSE programs and campaigns aimed at reducing occupational injuries and illnesses.
Organize and facilitate comprehensive HSE education and training sessions, ensuring all activities are documented for compliance and effectiveness.
Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessment processes with active stakeholder involvement.
Coordinate and participate in emergency rescue drill to ensure preparedness for potential HSE incidents.
Conduct regular inspections to assess employee adherence to HSE practices. Promptly identify and investigate potential hazards, recommending actionable improvements to enhance HSE management.
Proactively collaborates with stakeholders to address and rectify unsafe HSE practices.
Oversee the implementation of corrective actions and safety improvement measures to ensure ongoing compliance with HSE standards.
Provide and communicate HSE related materials to employees in a language they understand.
Investigate HSE incidents by analyzing root causes and implementing prompt corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence, ensuring measures are tracked to closure.
Ensure periodic and mandatory HSE reporting to regional HSE and local governmental bodies as required.
Liaise with governmental bodies and agencies during site inspections, providing guidance to mitigate identified non-compliance risks.
Advise the Head of Manufacturing on emergency response protocol.
Develop, implement and maintain the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and implement HSE initiatives to ensure continual improvement
Accountable for administrative task such as facility maintenance directly related to safety and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated.
Perform other HSE duties as assigned.
