Major tasks:
Responsible for the day to day Procurement operations including issue resolution and Supplier Management for the following process areas:
- Processing of PRs and release of POs to suppliers according to defined operational instruction and within quality and time constraints
- Track and follow up POs and deliveries to ensure security of supply
- Ensure the proper documentation in SAP subject to compliance requirement
- Manage import licenses and end-use certificates
- Manage availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners
- Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with respective plant stakeholders
- Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities
- Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.
- Manage operational supplier performance, on time in full (OTIF)
- Resolve major supply issues and complaints in collaboration with Category Management/ Sourcing
Qualifications：
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business or chemical or technical fields.
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Procurement operations.
- Experience with SAP, or Ariba or typical other IT-tools, etc.
- Experience of procurement digitalization as a plus
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
- Ability to adapt to new culture and people
- Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Business proficient English and Chinese.
