1, FGSs operation: support FGSs and key platform-self-owned stores daily operation, develop strategy of Brand meaning delivery and consumer experience building.Track and analyze store metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repurchase ect.). Regularly generate operational insights and drive improvements, with accountability for achieving store sales targets.
2, Media efficiency: support ROI-driven advertising strategies execution for FGS ads and continuously optimize ad performance and dynamic budget allocation. Conduct regular post-campaign analyses to derive data-driven insights and provide recommendations for product and marketing strategies.
3, E-retailer relationship (O2O and distribution): Manage daily communication, coordination, and relationship maintenance with authorized online customers to ensure clear understanding of brand policies. Support customer sales growth by providing necessary product knowledge, marketing materials, and campaign information. Monitor sales trend across stores, assist in analyzing their operational performance, and gather market feedback.
4, Value-chain management: Strictly enforce company pricing policies. Manage pricing violations by communicating with stores, issuing warnings and established procedures to maintain healthy and stable brand pricing. Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and promotional activities to adjust internal pricing and market strategies.
