How you will do it
We are looking for an integrated Marketing Specialist to execute scalable, performance‑driven marketing campaigns that expand new customer base and generate qualified demand and pipeline in Greater China.
In this role, you will be working closely with sales, marketing, and agency partners to create end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns across both physical and digital channels to drive demand generation.

Campaign Ownership: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table to plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that actively drive demand and capture customer demands.

End-to-End Execution: Turn campaign concepts into reality by managing detailed timelines, keeping track of budgets, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Performance Tracking: Actively monitor campaign metrics and lead data, bringing an open-minded, iterative approach to testing new tactics and optimizing results.
2. Marketing Content Expertise & Messaging

Core Message Extraction: Collaborating closely with business and product teams to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling, and audience-centric key messages.

Digital & Social Content: Leverage digital channels (including WeChat, TikTok, and video platforms) to design engaging multimedia content that builds brand awareness and captures top-of-funnel leads.
3. Comprehensive Event Management (Physical & Digital)

Physical Events: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of major industry tradeshows, forums, customer seminars, workshops to capture customer demand.

Digital & Virtual Events: Manage the full lifecycle—from establishing creative lead-generation "hooks" and designing promotional assets to managing technical execution, moderating live sessions, and driving post-event lead follow-up.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management

Internal Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing to ensure tight alignment and timely execution of all marketing initiatives.

Agency Coordination: Partner with external agencies and vendors for creative assets and campaign execution, ensuring deliverables meet strict brand guidelines and high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years work experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns in similar B2B industry, MNC preferred

Strong communicator with a solid sense of content strategy and visual design.

Collaborative team player with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Good English skills in both verbal and written

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
