Job Description
The position of Project Consultant (PC) will be assigned to a member of staff who is already an experienced Foreign Trainer.
A Project Consultant will deliver classes, oversee projects and student progress, and support the Innovative Learning management team. This will include helping to kick off important new projects and supporting ongoing programmes. In addition to these responsibilities there will be a requirement to guide and teach onsite staff and management as per project requirements while presenting a caring attitude to clients with a focus on student satisfaction and programme completion.
A Project Consultant will be responsible for supporting course administration and the design of course outlines as well as embedding efficacy into high quality trainings and assessments. Teachers should also display leadership potential and have the ability to implement and monitor their own projects.
Qualifications
Candidate profile
1.University degree
2.TEFL qualified (CELTA preferred)
3.Relevant teaching experience
4.Group teaching or corporate experience preferred
5.An excellent or unique skill set

1.Primary responsibility: Delivering classes one to one or on site at a company/institution for groups
2.Creating well organized teaching and presentation materials
3.Aiding the ILS sales teams with client visits and demos
4.Aligning coaching activities to have a measurable impact on someone’s life through learning
5.Developing and delivering projects requiring specialized skills and knowledge
6.Managing projects and relationships with the sales team and individual clients
7.Building a rapport with clients, analyzing needs and creating effective results oriented training solutions
