Responsibilities and duties
1. Maintaining supplier relations, paying regular visits and keeping in touch with them. Updating supplier database, including key metrics, location, logistics, pricing model and other contents related to business development;
2. Broadening supplier base and promoting communication;
3. Participating in all work related to coal supply in the bidding of power plants, including the screening of candidate mines, preliminary coordination and communication with mine owners, and obtaining supporting documents as well as reviewing and negotiating terms of solicitation and contracts that are related to coal;
4. Responsible for developing and carrying out coal purchasing plans for different stages according to the company's sales plan, and ensuring the completion of these plans;
5. Participating in the formulation and negotiation of procurement contracts and procurement costs checking, and ensuring that the procurement is cost-effective;
6. Improving the coordination and communication between sales, operation and shipping teams and suppliers, and responsible for handling issues and disputes related to suppliers in the whole chain of business execution to ensure the smooth implementation of the business.
Requirements
1. At least 2 years of coal procurement and sales experience, familiar with the market characteristics of the domestic and international coal industry; have a deep understanding and knowledge of the coal industry and the market.
2. Excellent business development and negotiation skills, good skills in coordination, communication and exploring market, and the ability to operate coal projects on your own.
3. Familiar with the operation process of trade business and sound knowledge of the coal industry and the market.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above, equipped with CET-6 certificate or above or with excellent English communication skills;
5. Good communication and coordination skills and flexibility, good at organizing, allocating and utilizing various resources; demonstrated sense of responsibility as well as pioneering enterprising spirit.
6. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and other overseas cities due to the business needs of the company and the candidate should be in good health and able to work overseas.
