We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Associate Director of Human Resources to support our growing business operations in China. This role will act as a trusted HR partner, driving employee engagement, talent development, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations while working closely with business leaders across the organization.

HR Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor for assigned business units and employee groups.
- Partner with managers to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support compensation program administration, including salary reviews, bonuses, and annual increments.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and annual renewal processes.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives and action plans.
- Organize employee activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment operations including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a positive employee onboarding experience.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR documentation and records.
- Support daily HR administration and process improvements.
- Assist with various HR projects and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or related HR roles.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree from an international university is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting sales, operations, or business-facing teams.
- Experience working in multinational or rapidly growing organizations.
