Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop specific regional sustainability growth strategy, rollout plan and roadmap.
2.Act as technical sales to support internal sales teams to grow sustainability services.
3.Support the Business Fields to develop specific regional account strategies, targets and action plans for sustainability services.
4.Identify new and strategic partnership and stakeholder engagement opportunities with a focus on product sustainability:
5.further develop eco-efficient business growth with solar and commercial products, and components manufacturer client base.
6.Represent TUV Rheinland sustainability team at sustainability conferences and industry events and working groups, such as etc.
7.Maintain good relationship with existing clients and seek new business opportunity with them.
8.Provide technical support, including but not limited to, client visiting with sales, preparing technical part in tender documents, review quotations or contracts if necessary
9.Monitor and identify regional sustainability trends and regulations update and inform internal stakeholders and clients regularly.
Job Requirements:
Education
1.University degree in environmental science & engineering, material science, chemistry and other relevant subjects.
2.Masters or other degree particularly related to sustainability / ESG preferred.
Experience and skills:
3.Passionate about making an impact in sustainability with broad knowledge of ESG trends.
4. 3+ years professional experience in sustainability consulting, business development or managing within a company’s sustainability program.
5.Demonstrated capability and effectiveness, from strategy setting to detailed execution and achievements.
6.Sector experience in manufacturing industry for electrical, electronic, solar products and components(e.g. batteries) preferred.
Working knowledge in one or more of the following preferred:
1. Product carbon reporting and verification
2. Product Life Cycle Assessments
3. Traceability/Recycle Content Verification
4. Knowledge and experience implementing recognized non-financial reporting frameworks
5. Experience in all aspects and forms of disclosure and assurance
Customer focused and demonstrated ability to quickly assess and understand clients’ sustainability challenges and provide applicable technical solutions accordingly.
1. Self-starter and team player with strategic thinking and problem solving skill.

3.Good at office software, such as word, excel and power point;
4.Data analytical skill is a plus.
