Main Responsibilities 主要职责：
1.Responsible for sample receiving, registration, putaway, sample dispatch, sample transport & distribution, sample return to client, sample disposal preparation and sample stock-taking and other assigned duties. 负责样品接收、登记、存放、样品发送、样品运输和分发、样品返回给客户、样品处理准备和样品盘点以及其他分配的工作。
2.Handling enquiries related to samples within the scope of the approved documented process.根据批准流程处理样品相关的查询
3.Initiate and drive improvement on warehouse system process and performance target in line with business lines requirement. 根据业务线要求，启动并推动仓库系统流程和绩效目标的改进。
4.Work out plan to arrange operation resources, warehouse space, administrative, maintenance of assets and housekeeping tasks inside warehouse 制定计划，安排仓库内的运营资源、仓库空间、行政、资产维护和内务管理
5.Be responsible for assets, personnel safety and development of warehouse team 负责仓库的资产、人员安全和团队发展
6.Follow and complete job assignment per supervisor’s instruction. 完成主管分配的其他工作
Qualification requirements 任职要求：
1.College education, preferable in logistics management with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse (distribution center) operation. 大专以上学历，物流管理专业优先，至少有 3-5 年仓库（配送中心）工作经验
2.Good knowledge of warehouse management system, e.g. 5S+1. 熟悉仓库管理体系，如5S 1。
3.Flexible, independent and mature, and can work under pressure.灵活、独立、成熟，能承受工作压力
4.Good communication skill and Team player spirit.良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
5.Excellent MS office skill.熟练操作办公软件
6.Good command of English 英语良好
