本岗位为残障人友好岗位,负责事业部江苏区域的项目协调工作,负责客户服务支持。需要会打字,具备一定听说读写能力,英语基础好。
. Position Summary
This position is responsible for customer service activities focus on ENE Jiangsu Region.
II. Job Responsibilities
Create purchase orders, collect and check sub-contracts; 40%
Submit the payment and clean up the order income and maintain the customer and project database; 25%
Maintain and upload E-file to system and server;15%
Coordinate projects among sales, engineers and customers during the whole process; 10%
Support the team daily work;5%
Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company;5%
III. Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above;
Customer service experiences is preferred;
Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
Good computer skill; Good command of English.
