Job Description:
- Provide accurate solutions and proper education to customers regarding products and processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients by proactively transferring functional product knowledge
- Provide solutions to address customer needs, including difficult contacts and complaints
- Work closely with related teams or counterparts to resolve customer issues and follow up with responsible parties until they are resolved
- Represent client interests in weekly update meetings regarding the status of each account
- Boost overall efficiency by obtaining customer feedback, identifying process needs and establishing necessary policies and procedures
- Maintain an open communication with all clients to help recognize needs, determine usage trends, and explore new opportunities in order to propose solutions for their business needs
Experience:
- A good understanding of the financial industry
- Strong networking, relationship building and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial, business oriented, target driven individual
- Proven level of integrity and solid customer relationship management skills
