What you’ll own
- Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth for assigned portfolio.

Understand client needs and ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies.

Prepare client-facing materials to support Relationship Management team in business reviews.

Uncover cross-sell opportunities through customer research and data analysis.

Plan and track account activity and performance via CRM tools.

Collaborate with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional customer issues.

Other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring

Degree qualification with prior experience in a B2B client-facing role, in the Finance/Tech industry.

Background in sales or account management.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong work ethic

Confidence in interacting and partnering with clients' senior management.

Ability to influence others and form persuasive arguments.

Business proficiency in English.

Added bonus if you have experience in the payments industry.
