主要职责
- 维护并管理SaaS平台B2B客户关系
- 作为客户主要对接窗口,处理咨询、问题及需求
- 使用韩语及中文提供专业客户服务
- 理解客户需求并转化为内部执行任务
- 与技术、产品及运营团队协调解决问题
- 协助客户完成平台上线及日常使用支持
- 持续跟踪客户满意度并提出优化建议
- 记录并跟进客户沟通与需求
- 发现业务增长机会(如增值服务或扩展合作)
任职要求
- 精通韩语及中文(听说读写)
- 2–5年客户成功、客户服务或客户管理经验(B2B优先)
- 良好的沟通能力及客户服务意识
- 能同时管理多个客户并合理安排优先级
- 细致认真,具备良好的执行力
- 能适应快节奏互联网/科技环境
- 能接受赴日本工作(提供搬迁支持)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive to serve as the key point of contact for our B2B clients, particularly Korean-speaking clients across global markets.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring client satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and ongoing operational support. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (Technology, Product, and Operations), ensuring that client needs are clearly understood and efficiently executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients using our SaaS platform
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and support requests
- Provide professional customer service in both Korean and Chinese
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams
- Coordinate with Tech, Product, and Operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Support onboarding and guide clients in using platform features effectively
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Track, document, and follow up on client communications and requests
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and service expansion
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Account Management (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Willingness to relocate to Japan (full relocation support provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, gaming, fintech, or digital platform environments
- Experience working with international or cross-border clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of technical systems or platforms
