工作职责:
- Own the end to end FCL sales function for assigned lanes and accounts in China: secure competitive carrier rates, win tenders and named account business,
- Guide and enable FCL sales executives to close deals, and ensure operational delivery that protects margin and service levels.
- Act as the primary commercial interface with foreign agents to guarantee seamless cross border execution.
- Act as the front line commercial contact for shippers and freight forwarders, converting opportunities into regular business, supporting contract execution.
- Leading, and synchronizing the efforts of the FFW Sales team to maximize service promotion and revenue delivery of the products.
- Their work will directly impact company's revenue, the business’s reputation and employee's growth。
任职资格:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Maritime, or related field.
- Experience: 4–8 years in ocean FCL commercial roles, freight forwarding, or carrier procurement; proven tender wins and experience managing or coaching sales teams.
- Agent management experience: Demonstrable track record coordinating and managing foreign agents or partner networks.
- Strong commercial modelling, tender management, and familiarity with CRM.
- Fluent Mandarin and professional English.
- Willingness to travel to ports and customer sites.
- Strategic negotiator, coach and mentor, data‑driven, customer‑centric, decisive under pressure, and strong cross‑cultural communicator.
