Job Description

Lead overall WHP offshore project execution, manage EPC package progress, coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, yard and offshore site teams.

Responsible for project baseline setup: schedule, cost, resource planning, risk identification and mitigation.

Daily liaison and regular reporting with client, owner, third-party inspection and subcontractors.

Control project quality, HSE performance, change order, variation and claim management.

Drive cross-functional teams to resolve technical, construction and offshore installation critical issues.

Monitor project milestone delivery, conduct project review, weekly/monthly progress report.

Manage subcontractor performance, contract administration and interface control.
Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Civil, Marine, Mechanical, Petroleum or Offshore Engineering.

Minimum 8+ years offshore oil & gas project experience, rich WHP (Wellhead Platform) EPC/installation project management background.

Familiar with offshore platform design, fabrication, load-out, marine transportation and offshore installation workflow.

Good knowledge of international codes & standards, HSE management system and offshore project contract.

Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of direct communication with overseas clients and stakeholders.

Strong leadership, cross-team coordination, problem-solving and pressure resistance.

Experience with major offshore operators/engineering companies is highly preferred.
