The job incumbent is responsible for the technical and new product marketing activities related to one or more Business Product in his/her area of responsibility. He/she performs the job in the framework of the BV HSE Management Processes, BV Quality Assurance System; the BV Code of Ethics and appropriate Group Policies.
Job Responsibility：
In charge of the LCA/waste management/circular economy related new product development process and accountable for annual product related project management.- Ensure compliance of BV China Operations with the product accreditation and related rules, and contribute to the application and management of international accreditations if any.
- Assist in the development of the marketing and sales strategy and capabilities for related products;
- Collaborate with business units and other functional units on such business development work
- Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge and information (Knowledge management).
- Develop and maintain relevant competence and related qualifications supporting the business development.
- Ensure a continuous involvement and active role with internal and external interfaces supporting the business development.
- Coordinate with sales and operation team to implement the product related service, such as training, auditing and inspection, for the purpose of such business development.
- Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17021 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.
- Other tasks assigned by the company and new product development manager.
Job Requirement：
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, in technical disciplines relevant to the business (Environment or science major preferred); Master degree or equivalent required by B4 (Environment or science major preferred)- 2 years or more experience in related field (LCA, ESG, Sustainability, Recycability)
- Strong and comprehensive technical skills and English language skills.
- Recognized within his/her field of technical knowledge/specialization with EMS/IMS auditor qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
