An opening exists for a mature and professional Receptionist looking for an opportunity to join an award winning Investment Bank team located in Winland Beijing. If you are someone who thrives in a busy environment, has an exceptional phone manner, high standards of personal presentation, and a positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow with the business, then this is the right opportunity for you.
As a Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role within the Guest Relations team. Reporting to the Senior Facilities Officer, you are the first point of contact for all incoming calls from clients, employees and the general public. Ensuring the experience provided is seamless, welcoming, professional, aligned to the highest standards required by JLL and our client is paramount.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Provide the highest standards of service delivery face to face, telephone, and email communication, while adhering to our client’s expectations
Foster a friendly, proactive and productive manner towards customers
Ensure all client requests and inquiries are actioned and answered promptly, accurately and in a professional manner
Handle telephone switchboard, both internal and external
Coordinate the efficient and accurate booking of meeting rooms and catering requests
Provide daily support to the Catering team and assist with event planning and coordination
Adhere to procedures and processes while delivering to client expectations and anticipating client needs
Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms
In charge of stationery application.
Ad hoc duties as requested by management
Requirements:
High level of attention to detail, particularly in a high volume and pressure environment
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Have the ability to articulate clearly.
Excellent personal presentation
Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of stakeholders, be a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently under matrix supervision
Desired experience in financial/investment bank services, 5 star hotel, or corporate reception/customer service role preferred
Background check with no criminal history
