According to standards and test plans carry out the testing for various materials.

协助并配合项目工程师进行实验操作, 保质保量的按照测试计划完成测试；
Support and cooperate with project engineers to carry out laboratory operation, complete the test according to the test plan with good quality and quantity.
Collect and sort out data from daily work and analysis the test results.
- 根据实验室要求, 对测试设备进行日常的维护, 计量,校验等工作.
According to laboratory management requirements, carry out daily maintenance, measurement, calibration and other work of test equipment.

本科学历，如果有资深测试经验，大专学历也可以。专业的科学背景优先；
Bachelor degree, if have experience, college degree can also be. Professional science background is preferred.

熟悉高分子材料基本特性及常见塑料、橡胶、复合材料基础理化常识，了解GB/T、ISO、IEC等常用材料检测基础标准；
Be familiar with the basic properties of polymer materials and the fundamental physical and chemical knowledge of Engineering plastics, rubbers, and composite materials, and understand the basic standards/test method for material testing such as GB/T, ISO, and IEC.

能操作各类高分子材料测试设备，具备独立完成试样制备、试验操作、数据记录整理的实操能力；
Can be operating testing equipment for polymer material testing, and possessing the sample preparation, test operation, and data recording and organization.
Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability

英语读写能力, 可以用英语交流. 会基础电脑办公操作，熟练使用Office办公软件，可规范填写检测台账、录入数据、整理检测资料，具备基础数据核算能力。
