In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform deburring of machined parts, polishing of valve bodies, laser engraving, and rework of sealing surfaces to meet quality standards
Conduct Total Quality Control (TQC) activities, including inspection, measurement, and documentation of parts
Operate machining equipment based on skill level and training, supporting basic processing tasks as needed
Use common measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications
Read and interpret standard machining drawings to guide work processes
Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Apply 5S practices to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace
Maintain accurate production and quality records in line with company requirements
Follow environmental, health, and safety standards and support responsible manufacturing practices
Collaborate with team members and complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Hands-on ability in machining, finishing, or manufacturing-related tasks, with a strong focus on quality and precision
Ability to read and understand machining drawings and process instructions
Familiarity with common measuring tools and inspection techniques
Basic knowledge of CNC operations; exposure to systems such as FANUC is beneficial
A commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and following procedures
A collaborative mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow
Foundational technical education or equivalent practical experience in manufacturing, machining, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in deburring, polishing, or valve/component finishing
Exposure to CNC machining operations and process improvements
Understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement, or lean/5S practices
Ability to support multiple production tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting
