Mission Statement
As a Global Key Account Manager for baseline business, you will be responsible for one of the largest accounts within ABB Robotics.
You will be leading and responsible for the development, qualification, optimization, and production ramp of new process technology and equipment for the manufacturing of a key account’s new products. This is a hands-on position requiring both outstanding technical skills, strong leadership and execution capabilities!
Main accountabilities:

Engagement in new product engineering builds and assists with reviewing station DFM, operational plan, station cost build-up, and resource plan from engineering and operational perspectives.

Executes and implements the strategic direction, goals, objectives, and key measurement systems to ensure the business goals are met. Primary metrics include operational efficiency improvement monitoring, station cost down targets progress, technology roll-in plan, and new application development and qualification.

Develops, implements, and maintains target, plans, and control systems for each functional area.

Acts as a bridge for technical and operational issues when required between the ABB engineering team and the customer.

Facilitate collaboration among R&D, supply chain, operational, and procurement to ensure operational goal achievement

Leverage bilingual skills to enhance communication and collaboration across regions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Operations Management or Industrial Technology, with familiarity in manufacturing technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive progress, manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

EMS or CM working background is strongly preferred.

Understanding of electronics build phase (Proto, EVT, DTV, PVT, MP) as well as basic manufacturing concepts (BOM, Config, FA, EFFA…)

Strong leadership with multi-stakeshoders cross different functional team and corss the countries.

Innovative to generate and drive the agile working model together with global engineering team and key countries.

Familiarity with automation process and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Proven experience in managing cross-departmental operational projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning customer needs with business strategies.

Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
