What You Will Do
1. Lead to maximize production line yield & efficiency in terms of process &tooling fixture and Contribution for line POEE to achieve agreed target .
2. Works cross functionally team to meet all targets for manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, scrap, containment and efficiency optimization.
3. Lead to conduct new product trial run per trial run plan
4. Process failure analysis&trouble shooting to resolve any issues in production for his own projects, Applies statistical methods to solve problems and improve manufacturing processes.
5. Participated process improvement activities and Lead Lean & 6Sigma project
6. Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining related manufacturing and process engineering documents required for launches. Assist production in monitoring compliance.
7. Evaluate PCN/ECN from ME view, or raise PCN/ECN.
8. Aid in training and Certify operators in assigned processes as needed.
9. Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update PFMEA and support other quality activities.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management/ supervisor.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- College degree or above in manufacturing engineering
• Majored in Electro-Mechanical , Mechanical Electronics
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or process engineering in the production environment.
• Cable assembly experience preferred
